These guys are amazing! They are honest and reliable, and you can't beat their prices! This is the only place I take my car and would recommend them to anyone! It seems like whenever it comes to anything with cars, we get up charged and convinced to do more work on our cars than necessary and I'm so glad that I found a shop that actually cares about their customers! Touring Ballet Company here. The dreaded check engine light came on just as we were pulling into Wilmington. We were only going to be in town for 24 hours before moving on to Morganton for our next performance. Cain understood our situation and accepted the challenge of keeping us on schedule. He kept us updated throughout the day, which was GREATLY appreciated. Service Tech Chris was able to diagnose and fix the problem, and made sure the van was ready to head out on the road to finish our tour. They were very honest and upfront about being full when I originally called them and said it would be at least 5 days before being able to get a wrecker in with my car. I told them to call me when he was able to, they called the next day and they began work on it almost immediately. They asked what it was doing when it broke down, I told them. He called me 2 days later and it was ready....was much less of an issue that I thought originally. Great people and service. Will definitely use them again if needed
