I had to Have some semi-major work done right before Christmas so I could drive 500 miles away for the Holidays. They diagnosed my car late that afternoon, had it ready the next day around noon. The service writers were fantastic to work with. I ended up putting 1,300 miles on the car over the holidays and everything drove perfectly. I have noting to say but great things to say about Rich M. I was very pleased with their service. They worked with me to negotiate applying my diagnostic fee to the repair bill, which helped a lot. A rat had gotten into my engine and chewed through the wiring! I had never heard of such a thing before, and the technician took me to the back of the repair shop and showed me What had happened. He was very nice about it while I was freaking out!

Manager Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Didn’t push unnecessary upgrades/fixes. He ensured a quick turn around and car is running better.

This is the 2nd time I have utilized The Car Guys services. I have been extremely happy with them. They are honest and cost factor is a lot less then the dealership I went to. I highly recommend them.

Super fast service, got both of my cars in the same two day time span and didn't cost an arm and a leg. Called me when it was done, and I went and picked it up. Flawless service and they were able to fit me into their packed schedule.

This was my first time using The Car Guys, their parking lot is always full, so I felt they must do go work. The guys at the front check-in were friendly but professional and were able to address my issue with brakes. They scheduled me an appointment and after diagnosing my issue gave me a fair quote to complete the job. When I picked my vehicle up they reviewed work performed and addressed any questions I had. I plan to make this location my go to for future vehicle related issues.

The service team at The Car Guys went above and beyond to diagnose the water leak that I had with my 2016 Mazda 3. I had reached out to several locations, including a Mazda dealership, and each business I reached out to gave me the same reaponse, "We don't diagnose water leaks". The Car Guys were professional, prompt, and accommodating. They took the necessary time to root cause the problem, measure where the problem existed, fix the issue, and validate the fix.
