Outstanding service. Rich and Josh are excellent. Josh is incredibly detail-oriented. Hunted down the cause of an odd, very slow coolant leak that didnt readily appear when the system was pressurized. Used a video scope to locate it in an obscure place. Love that OEM parts are for the repairs. Great communication and thorough explanations. Easy to book an appointment. Starbucks is a block away - drop off the car early, grab coffee, return for an assessment.

We made an appointment easily on the website and when I showed up on time they were ready. They did the work as agreed and there were no surprises on the bill. The car was clean and no trash left inside.
