Excellent service.

My Jeep needed its sway bar links tightened and one of its daytime lights replaced. We saw that Car Guys had good reviews and decided to try to schedule an appointment. On the phone, Car Guys told my husband they could have it fixed by the end of their work day. When he took it in, they told him it would be a two-week wait. The guy at the shop claimed it wasn't his fault because he wasn't the person on the phone and this was just a drop-off appointment. The entire staff needs to communicate to avoid these mishaps. I completely respect a busy shop and am happy to find a different place to do a repair I need done ASAP, but I would have appreciated the transparency from the start, before my husband took off work and drove all the way from Leland to have our only personal vehicle fixed. Luckily, Black's Tire & Auto was happy to get us in same-day so that I can get myself to work and my child to school tomorrow.

Went in for a NC state inspection and car was inspected quickly. The crew are always very helpful.

Went in for oil change and other minor items. Got great service and the technician was able to give several items that I need to address. That was something I wanted! The also seem to really care about the customer's needs. Heard multiple calls while waiting and hears real concerns for the callers issues and tried to be helpful. I will definitely be making this my 'go to" place for all of my car needs. Great job Car Guys 😀

I took my Ford Escape to The Car Guys, for the first time, this past week. They were able to schedule my service promptly, considering it was a couple days before Thanksgiving. Dee was the Service Advisor & Ethan was the Technician. Both of them were pleasant, professional, & knowlegeable. I appreciated how clear & direct they were when they informed me about my car's maintenace. There were other clients having their cars serviced & it seemed they'd been going to The Car Guys for some time & they clearly felt comfortable with having their cars serviced there. That made an impression on me. I will be scheduling my next car maintenance appointment with The Car Guys. Thank you so much!

This shop was great. I was from out of town visiting family when I started having issues with my vehicle. The manager and his team got me in last minute to fix my car (faster and less expensive than I had expected). The team was friendly and they explained everything that I needed thoroughly. Overall good experience!

Everyone is great! Very friendly and helpful! Would recommend to everybody.
