Super honest place with incredibly cool/nice staff! 10/10 would absolutely recommend this place, especially as a single woman. It's entirely too common to have people at places like this think they can scan me but they don't play like that here.

I have been taking my car here for many years and they have always done a good job to have worked on 3 different cars and multiple different kinds of problems and they always get it fixed.

Went in for an oil change. From start to finish service was very professional and my car was finished in a timely manner. Will definately use them again!

Fair pricing and they were upfront with breakdown of the cost. Staff is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Had the front brakes of my SUV replaced , pads and rotors. One place offered to “machine” the rotors but was made aware, by The Car Guys, that on an SUV like mine it can be a safety issue. Replacement offered better safety for me and my family

I just bought a used collector's, L.L. Bean edition Subaru, and several critical problems were encountered when driving it home. I managed to get it to Chris and Tracy for a NC state inspection where their expert Subaru mechanic gave it an extensive diagnosis of what repairs were required because of the seller's hack mechanic. They were extremely cooperative, pointing out deficiencies that required immediate attention along with other, not so serious repairs. Since I've brought my other Subaru to them for nearly 2 years and they've provided service above and beyond other repair shops, I totally trust their honest appraisals of required repairs at reasonable prices, they're sincerely concerned with customer satisfaction on a personably professional level, strive to accommodate customer requests, and communicate exquisitely. I've praised their performance to friends of mine who've been hoodwinked by other car service shops and will be availing themselves of The Car Guys services when necessary.
