My Jeep needed its sway bar links tightened and one of its daytime lights replaced. We saw that Car Guys had good reviews and decided to try to schedule an appointment. On the phone, Car Guys told my husband they could have it fixed by the end of their work day. When he took it in, they told him it would be a two-week wait. The guy at the shop claimed it wasn't his fault because he wasn't the person on the phone and this was just a drop-off appointment. The entire staff needs to communicate to avoid these mishaps. I completely respect a busy shop and am happy to find a different place to do a repair I need done ASAP, but I would have appreciated the transparency from the start, before my husband took off work and drove all the way from Leland to have our only personal vehicle fixed. Luckily, Black's Tire & Auto was happy to get us in same-day so that I can get myself to work and my child to school tomorrow.
