Our student ministry was in Kure Beach, NC and the air went out on our church bus. We took it to the Car Guys, they diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and had us up and ready to go the next day. They were a huge blessing. Driving six hours home in 90 degree plus heat would have been brutal. Not only did they fix the bus, they called a week or two later to make sure it was cooling okay. I highly recommend them. They are honest and dependable.

I Found these guys about 2 yrs ago. My son mentioned he had some work done on his car at another location. I went to that location first. My experience was good. Then I was told to contact Rich at the Summerlin location about an issue I had ran into at the other location and I did. Rich told me to bring my car in so his guys could took a look at it. Long story short, I did and not only was my experience 10x better, Rich actually took the time to show and explain to me what was going on with my vehicle. He made me feel comfortable. As a woman dealing with car repair issues can be scary, but the guys at the Summerlin location made my experience wonderful. They are very honest and they don't cut corners and they don't over charge. I would definitely recommend The Car Guys at the Summerlin location.

I made an appointment to have my transmission checked out because one of the oil change places nearby said it was leaking - the moment I spoke with them on the phone I knew I made the right choice. Everyone I spoke with was so friendly and so helpful (as a female sometimes it's intimidating to make these phone calls but I didn't feel that way once with these guys!). Luckily there was *nothing* wrong with my transmission but I'll definitely be going there anytime I need something done on my car!
