When in to get a quote to fix, my a c ended up getting a quote for $2800 Outrageous I decline for services. Then, I was charged a $189. Diagnostic It has a hole in the condenser that needs to be replaced. The part is $250 with labor should only come out too $400, Max daily told me I had to replace my whole A. C unit compressor condenser and hoses + 11 hours of labor I really feel like I got punk, and out. But no, it was for real. Avoid this place

Do not believe the information you see on Google or from AI regarding this shop; they claim to offer a 'Free Brake Check' with no conditions, but that is absolutely not true. I was charged $110 for a basic inspection because they only honor the 'free' offer if you agree to do the actual service with them. It is a dishonest bait-and-switch—especially since several shops right next door actually stand by their word and offer completely free inspections without these shady conditions.

I’m sorry you feel this way Sancho Vanryan, (the name you gave us, who knows what your truth is…) We make it very clear before doing any work that the brake check is “free if brake work is performed on the same visit”. It has been the same for the last 10 years. It was also in big letters on the initial estimate you signed and explained to you before we did any inspections on your vehicle. We do not have our incredible reputation because we bait and switch people…. Please do not come back as we do not need customers like you. Rich v. Owner.

I’ve always taken my car here for Oil Changes etc. since I moved to Las Vegas in 2023. Rich has always been very communicative and honest with any repairs I’ve needed. Recently needed a new Drive Shaft for my car and Rich explained all costs involved and got the job done in a very timely fashion. I would definitely recommend Rich and The Car/Truck guys to anyone who is new to Vegas and doesn’t know who to trust. Rich and the Car/Truck Guys are the place to go!
