I'm sure you all agree that to find a good technician that can work on your car and honest ,it's a hard thing to come by . I already knew the location when was O'Leary's automotive Repair ,then it changed in 'The Car Guys' ,and i have been a customer as well in the first ownership . So, Monday i go in, cause i had a flat tire , i was greeted by a gentleman which was very polite ,but he wasn't the same person that i used to know in my first visit ,therefore i understood that the place had a new ownership ,and ,now ......I'm wondering . In any case , i left my tire there to be installed in my car two days later as i requested. Went back today, and the same gentleman welcomed me ,but ,this time since i was going to wait for the tech to install my tired ,we started talking and he introduced himself as Rich ,the new owner . Being a nice sunny day i went outside and i met the technician that was working on my car , real nice guy that knows his stuff around cars , with many years in the business ,his name, Carter, which moved to Wilmington from Las Vegas . Went back inside the office to pay my bill and the owner Rich says ......... no charge , it's my pleasure .I was really taken by his generosity, and i offered to pay again ,but he insisted ,no wanting any money for my tired that was there in his shop for two days. I left him that little bit of cash i had in my wallet to give to Carter and his very attentive shop manager Victor ,but really , who does that , for sure no someone that is out to get you , so, in conclusion ,since i believe to give business to the local ,if you're in the 'Monkey junction / Carolina beach' area ,give The Car Guys a chance to work on your vehicle ,because they are passionate about customer service and knowledgeable. Thank you.
