I had a pre-purchase inspection. They fitted me in the same day. They did a thorough inspection and found an undercarriage issue (rust) which was new and important for me and the purchase. They also identified a failed tail light. All around very professional, knowledgable, and helpful for me. And a very reasonable price too.

I don’t know why these guys have pretty good reviews. My experience with them has been bad. These guys are cocky and rude and they don’t like to help customers out and a constructive and respectful way. I will not be going back here and I do not recommend anyone else go to them either.

We have great reviews because we do our best to fair and honest with our of our customers. Since you don’t use your real name I don’t know who you are and what situation you had but if you’d like to come into the store and ask for Rich, I’m the owner, I’d be happy to talk to you about your experience and try and find where the miscommunication was. Have done business with your company at this location for many many years and dealt with many many different managers. You have a great team at the Sahara location, please don't change it. This group has looked out for my safety and best interest when it comes to my vehicle. Thank you Car and Truck Guys on Sahara. Had an electrical issue and was resolved quickly and professionally. This was from the moment I walked in talking with the service advisor. The tech came out and gave a thorough explanation of what he did and what was wrong.
