I don’t understand how this place has such a high rating, genuinely. My girlfriend took her car here on a Friday and was told they’d have it fixed by the end of the day. At the end of the day, they called her and said they had to keep her car until Monday since they aren’t open over the weekend, and they quoted her $500 more than another place had quoted her. When she got her car back three days later, turns out that extra $500 was for labor for having her car for “more than 48 hours,” something they did not tell her would be happening until it was too late in the day to pick her car up to go somewhere else. Do not take your car here.

Any time Ive had an issue with my vehicles (usually older models), The Car Guys are there to solve it. Not only are they quick with their service, all the team members there are kind, patient, and thorough with how they interact with guests such as myself. I never feel like Im being talked down to or taken advantage of like other shops Ive been to in the past. And I appreciate that they keep it real with solutions as well as what is of the best interest for your vehicle and your pockets. I never go anywhere else.
