This place is one I’ve been going to for over 7+ years now with multiple vehicles that I actually trust. They’re the only ones who I can reliably count on and never have issues when I receive my vehicle back. The one time I did have an issue with the part they replaced, they had me come back in, replace the part again, do another inspection and have it back same day. They give you all the information you need with great recommendations as well. From both my 15 passenger van down to my bmw they can take care of it all with efficiency. Thank you guys for always taking care of me and my friends that I’ve brought to you. Thank you to the amazing staff and master technician. I appreciate you guys and I will always be back here.

These guys were great all around , had a bad o2 sensor but no tools to fix the part myself being new to NC. They were recommended to me by the local oil change shop on a tuesday had my jeep dropped off weds and fixed by thursday morning super fast an easy drop off/ pick up. Even allowed me to take my own customer parts in to save money with alot of places dont care for , ive got 3 mechanics in the family up north so im aware of all the shops in and outs tricks they will do to nickel and dime u but not these guys. Very fast efficient honest and great pricing will be returning for any other vehicle needs in the future.

This is an update from my review last week. I went to The Car Guys last Wednesday for my normal oil change. All well and good. However on Saturday my A/C stopped working and when I opened the hood I was surprised to discover that my radiator fluid reservoir was empty and the cap from my windshield fluid was missing. Sloppy. Unprofessional. Disappointing.

Michael, This is, of course, not what we want to hear. I’ll check the history and have a conversation with the technician about this incident. It is weird that we checked and fixed your Check engine light for you at no cost during the oil change but a missing washer fluid cap, that may or may not have been there, makes us "sloppy, unprofessional, and disappointing...." Although the coolant reservoir being empty and the washer cap missing do not have anything to do with your AC being inoperative, I’d be happy to have it checked for you asap if you’d like.
