They were very honest and upfront about being full when I originally called them and said it would be at least 5 days before being able to get a wrecker in with my car. I told them to call me when he was able to, they called the next day and they began work on it almost immediately. They asked what it was doing when it broke down, I told them. He called me 2 days later and it was ready....was much less of an issue that I thought originally. Great people and service. Will definitely use them again if needed

I was interested in purchasing a van and brought it in to have it checked out to make sure it was roadworthy. Chris was able to get me in and out the next day. Unfortunately the vehicle needed a lot of work, but Car Guys saved me literally thousands in repairs for the minimal fee of $50!! Thank you Chris and The Car Guys!!!

The Car Guys are great! It took a while to get my car fixed due to issues with getting parts from the dealership, but this was definitely not their fault. The Volvo dealership in town isn’t well-run (in my experience) and is insanely overpriced (as dealerships usually are) — Volvo quoted me nearly $3k worth of repairs when Car Guys quoted me $1.3k. Huge difference. Plus, they gave me a discount for it taking longer than expected, which I sincerely appreciated. Not only that, but when I picked up my car, there were — no exaggeration — dozens of cars out front. I was genuinely shocked. The fact they fixed up my car as well and as quick as they did given their circumstances was crazy, but I suppose it’s a testament to how trusted they are for car repairs. And even though the lot was packed, it was still very organized and I had no issues in the lobby or getting my car out of the lot. Plus, I have to admit: car maintenance isn’t my strong suit, but nobody at The Car Guys made me feel dumb. Everyone I spoke to was super respectful and helpful. I hate to be that person who calls too often, but each time I did, everyone I spoke to was communicative. I really appreciate all the work they did to my car because I’m sure it wasn’t simple.

Staff was professional and courteous. Prompt estimate on transmission service needed. Actual cost was under estimate. Issue with transmission seems fixed. Good group to work with.
