Touring Ballet Company here. The dreaded check engine light came on just as we were pulling into Wilmington. We were only going to be in town for 24 hours before moving on to Morganton for our next performance. Cain understood our situation and accepted the challenge of keeping us on schedule. He kept us updated throughout the day, which was GREATLY appreciated. Service Tech Chris was able to diagnose and fix the problem, and made sure the van was ready to head out on the road to finish our tour. My vehicle was loud! Sounded like a lawnmower in the cab. Thought it was the exhaust. Or worse—maybe the engine, at 185,000 miles, was on its last breath. Turned out to be the motor mounts. Cracked and broken! The Car and Truck Guys on Sahara replaced them and within a few hours. Suddenly, the car was as quiet as the first day I drove it off of the lot. To summarize: great experience. Highly recommend.

I received a quote from Meineke, but The Car Guys gave me honest advice, telling me that some of the parts Meineke suggested replacing were actually fine. They only did the necessary work, avoiding any unnecessary repairs that would have raised my bill. I truly appreciate their transparency and professionalism. They were very honest and upfront about being full when I originally called them and said it would be at least 5 days before being able to get a wrecker in with my car. I told them to call me when he was able to, they called the next day and they began work on it almost immediately. They asked what it was doing when it broke down, I told them. He called me 2 days later and it was ready....was much less of an issue that I thought originally. Great people and service. Will definitely use them again if needed
