These guys are not crooks! Do not trust them they have damaged my car worse than it was. They first quoted 189.00 for the diagnostic, then said it would be 400 plus because they needed to dig deeper. They then charged me an outrageous price after taking the car apart. Then told me it would not be worth fixing so they would only repair it partially. Still ran us over 2k. They didn’t inform us until after the car was torn apart that there wouldn't be any warranty. At this point they refused to just put it back together so I could have it towed back home. Now the repairs have failed less than a month later, the heater is not working which was an unrelated issue amongst other problems. They knew my daughter was in a pinch because she expressed it to them and they took advantage of her. Horrible just horrible!

The gentlemen at The Car Guys in porters neck were excellent. They were very kind and helpful, even when I had to run in and grab something out of my car during my service there! My car was in for a new transmission, which took about 3 weeks. I will definitely be returning when I need more car service!

These guys are amazing. I had EVERY warning light blinking and needed some major work done. They walked me through every steps, told me my options and what should be prioritized, then got it done quick and for a reasonable price. They’re not only car guys, but also good guys.

Car Guys is our new mechanic. We have had all of our cars serviced there and they were kind, had decent prices and were easy to work with. Further, they didn’t try to fix everything and were reasonable about what must be done now vs ok to wait.

These guys are great, service is very professional and the sales guys are very friendly. Some of the best car related people I’ve met. They always take care of my oil changes and have helped me with some diagnostics. They make sure they can do anything to make your service experience the best it can.
