My brakes went out and I needed my car looked at ASAP! Rich took me in first thing in the morning and was extremely professional and friendly. He get back to me within 2 hours and emailed me a complete estimate of what needed to be done right away, and what things I should consider down the road. He went as far as taking photos of certain things and texting them to me so I could clearly see the issue. I felt very confident that my car was in good hands and I wasn't going to be ripped off. His prices are extremely reasonable, and I was completely satisfied with the work they did. I will definitely be taking my car back here if ever I need anything done. I was recommended to use Rich's shop by a friend of mine, and I will gladly recommend his shop to anyone!
