Truly a positive experience! I needed to have a faulty cruise control fixed. Rich was so great and helpful - not pushy like other car repair places can be. It took one call to schedule an appointment. He said he would let me know by 12 what the diagnostic was and called me right on time with an accurate estimate and advice. My car was ready to go by the end of the day and is working just fine!

I didn't have the privilege of bringing my car in I had to get it towed in thus I had to trust a voice over the phone with my car. That voice was Daniel who was very helpful and knowledgeable about my problems, being that I didn't know a whole lot I only had an idea. Long story short my problems are no more thanks to Daniel & the car guys.
