Excellent customer service, very responsive, and the prices were fair. They took me in without a formal appointment and did a nice once over on a car that I just bought. They didn't pressure me to fix everything right away, they instead prioritized everything and let me know what they thought should be done now and what could wait. Based on their honesty, I chose to do most all repairs now. Rich in the office is extremely helpful, very attentive, and always there to answer the phone and spend time answering questions. The technician that worked on my car, Robert, was great. Very knowledgeable and took time to really research some of the best options for me. I will highly recommend American Auto Care to anyone looking for a great shop, with fair prices, and excellent customer service.

Over heating of engine was taken care of efficiently and at a reasonable cost other options were addressed before and after repairs were completed. There was no high pressure sales pitch or promises made just good up front advice.

Awesome service. Professionals. I took my 2010 Subaru there for a second opinion vs the dealership service dept opinion. Didn't need all that the dealership said I did but needed something other was on the Subaru check list that they never mentioned. I trust American Auto.

My radiator cracked while I was driving on the freeway. I agreed to have my car towed to the nearest AAA-aproved auto repair shop which happened to be American Auto Body. I never had work done there previously. However I'm happy to say that they did a very good job. My radiator was replaced that day and at a fair price. In addition the people there were very courteous.

I like this place because I don't feel they take advantage of me as a single woman...and their work is good!!!

Brought my 98 Ford Ranger to get A/C looked at, I thought it was vacuum leak, they trouble shot it and determined it was the actuator, after they replaced it, the A/C works great. I was skeptical that it was the vacuum leak, but they proved me wrong. They do good trouble shooting work. I just moved here from Cali. and I think I found a new place to bring my cars.

I had to be towed there for a broken axle on a Sunday. They were professional, fast, and reasonable and sent me on my way in two and a half hours.

Had AAA tow my sisters car here after it kept dying. Was met by Corey and Steve who were able to take a look at it and told me that it wasn't just a battery. They were able to replace the battery (battery was bulging and way bad) and alternator within 2 hours. Awesome service and I was able to make it to church!
