I found America Auto on the BBB site. I took my car in to have them check a noise that was coming from my air conditioner. Rick was very nice and took a look into the situation. I was very pleased with his findings. My compressor was beginning to show signs of a problem. Instead of telling me I need a new compressor, which parts and labor will be around $1000, I was told it might get me through a couple more summers. I was very impressed with the honesty. It showed me the integrity that you will get at American Auto.

I had brought my wife's car in two days before and your shop did the work for half of what another shop wanted.so I brought my car in to have new brakes put on.you checked the brakes and informed me they still had 70% BRAKE LIFE AND I DIDN'T NEED NEW ONES YET.any other shop would have told me I need new roters and the works.thank you for your honesty.

What, at first, seemed to be a simple problem became complicated. When the simple didn't solve the problem, they put in the time and effort to troubleshoot the undrlying problem. They got it right. Rich took the time to explain it all to me and show me the parts that had to be replaced. The car was ready when they promised and is running great. Thanks guys..
