These Guys care. The service was personal and the service manager (Rich) and mechanics were personable and extremely competent. The quote I was given for the work was both reasonable and accurate. The work was done quickly yet carefully. I will be going back. I was a first time customer but these are now my exclusive car and truck guys. I had a small repair that I needed to get my vehicle through a smog test. Now I will schedule a full service and have them go through it completely. If you try them you will not be disappointed.

All I can say is great service. At first I was nervous leaving my car because, I know there are a lot of car places they do not really care about their customers or their vehicles. However, Rich returned phone calls and was very honest with me on the phone. He gave me advice how I can save money by repairing the transmission on my vehicle. Awesome service and friendly car mechanics. As soon as I arrived people greeted me with a smile. 😊

I won't take my car anywhere else! It's tough to find a good and honest experienced mechanic but you will find both here. I followed Rich from his old place where I had been taking my car for over 10 years to his new shop, American Auto Care/The Car and Truck Guys. It's a drive for me to get here but he is worth it.

As per usual. Rich and his crew came thru with flying colors and professionalism. these guys just don't fix vehicles they genuinely care about their customers. They take care of the vehicles as if they owned them. Can't say enough about the whole crew except a great night heart felt thank you.

5 star rating for sure! I came in to get my brakes checked a couple weeks ago and was more than satisfied with my experience. I spoke with Daniel on the phone and worked with him in the shop and he offered amazing customer service. He is genuine and an all around good person. They were honest with the problems on my car and gave an awesome deal for the service. I was moving out of state so they made sure everything was good to go. If I still lived in Vegas I would absolutely be a returning customer. I highly recommend for anyone looking for an auto care shop that is personable and reliable.
