Best Guys in town! Rich was able to diagnose my problem and suggested a very easy and inexpensive fix to try before having me spend a few hundred dollars on a more expensive test! Took my truck in with an engine issue, was making a ticking sound. They got me in right away. Without diving in they made an assessment but since my truck was very new, they took the opportunity to check with the dealership to see if it was under warranty. Turns out it’s under warranty. I called 5 locations to find out the details for getting a new battery for my ml350, and Rich was the first guy I talked with that actually new the battery was located under the passenger seat and that the computer would need some reprograming after the battery was installed. Then when I got there for my appointment Daniel got me right in and took real good care to make sure all was done properly and get me the best pricing too :-), Thanks, Guys
