***** 9/6/2024 was the second time using The Car Guys, once for my daughter's Ford Ranger and yesterday on my wife's Honda Accord. First time, 5 star performance and a follow up customer service call to see how everything was going with the Ranger, that was done on their day off. The dealer wanted to charge 3 times as much for a complete rear brake job. I called the Car Guys the same day to see if they had time in their day to do the rear brake job; bring it on down Chris said, we will fit you in. They never disappoint from maintenance performance to customer service, they also Honor the Military service with a generous discount. I will not use another maintenance shop, Car Guys You have got my business indefinitely! Personal Note: I am a satisfied Father, that has full confidence in your maintenance abilities and customer service. Thank you Car Guys of Wilmington, NC.

Mark and his team are great! My check engine light was on, so I brought my car in first thing in the morning. But 12 noon the problem was fixed, and Mark told me it was covered under warranty, so it was FREE! I always appreciate when a mechanic and fair and honest. I will always go back here to get my car fixed.

I am 67 years old and driving since I was 17. In 50 years I have never had a repair shop follow up to ensure my vehicle was still running well 1 week after a repair! Extraordinary! When I informed them, in fact my engine light was on again they asked me to bring it in the next day. Then....they performed a minor repair and didn't charge me!! Best service I ever received. And no, they are not personal friends or relatives. I never met them until 2 weeks ago.

I took my elderly mothers SUV to a very well known, nation wide, auto repair shop. I won't say names. This shop said that my mom's SUV was basically scrap and not even worth it. They wanted to charge me 2k to repair things that later found out weren't even the issue!! I did a little research and found The Car Guys, I talked with Mark and told him all that we went through with those....Boys....and he said bring it on down. When I got there with my mom, Mark was ever so nice and looked at the paper work from....those "Boys" and did his own diagnostic run and gave me reassurance that he could fix it. Mark called me every step of the way explaining all that they found wrong and what the part does. Mark even fixed my mom's AC free of charge. It wasn't even something I was going to get fixed at the moment but Mark was kind enough to fix it. It's not a permanent fix but one that will give an 81 yr old comfort as she goes to the store and back. It brought my mom to tears as she drove home with ice cold air!!! My mom's SUV drives like it's brand new, the ac was an added blessing. I won't take my cars anywhere else, I've even told a few of my girlfriends about The Car Guys!! They have a customer for life!! Thank you Mark for all that you and your crew did, not only did you save me money, but you gave my elderly mom peace of mind knowing she won't get stuck on the road!!
