These guys are excellent at what they do. They’re sharp with both the diagnosis and repairs. I went to this place initially because the previous repair shops I normally went to basically damaged both of my vehicles and tried to pull something sketchy like I know nothing about cars and troubleshooting to milk some more business out of me. Long story short, these guys basically fixed both of my vehicles back to perfection. They do their due diligence and are straight forward with their business. The high quality service and work quality coupled with their no BS approach just turned me into a loyal customer. As long as they keep up the excellent work and not do anything shady like the other repair shops did, I’ll be coming back for more business. These guys are also military friendly.

The Car Guys are my new go-to auto shop! I recently moved to the area and needed an oil change and a tire rotation/alignment on my Volvo xc90 before an upcoming road trip. The Car Guys got me in for an appointment promptly, finished the work quickly, and the price was very affordable— I got both services done for almost the same price as another shop where I had gotten only an oil change. They are friendly, knowledgeable and looking out for their customers’ best interests. If you need a reliable mechanic shop, don’t look further than The Car Guys!

Great customer service. I waited for my vehicle which was nice since most car repair places only offer drop off services. I waited less than an hour and my issue was resolved. They assured me that if I had any other issues to bring it back so that they could trouble shoot.

Went in for an oil change and recieved an extremely fast and curteous experience. The technicians are really knowledgable and all around good guys. Highly recommend The Car Guys for all your car needs!

Used this service center to check a repair another service center said I needed at the cost of 1800 dollars in order to pass inspection . These guys checked it out and found that what I was told wasn’t accurate , and the problem may have been caused intentionally by the other service center so they took care of my car for 90. Dollars. Stop at this shop to get a second opinion on a repair to my steering which the first shop I went to said there was a severe leak and couldn’t pass inspection but they could fix it at the cost of 1800 dollars ! But getting lucky and coming to this shop they checked it out, and told me it looked like a puncture in the rubber boot but not leaking to the point that work had to be performed to pass inspection .So they cleaned it up and when I had it inspected it passed . Thanks to Chris and the honest shop my family and I will be come permanent customers !!

A check engine light coming on while far away from home on vacation is never anything anybody wants to deal with!! However, after being told by a nearby shop we’d be without our car for days, I called The Car Guys. Chris was so nice and helpful. He got us right in and explained the issue. He ended up getting all of our engine coils and spark plugs replaced on our Mercedes and back to us the SAME DAY, under the initial quoted amount! We were so thankful for the customer service and the quick, quality work. Thanks to The Car Guys, We are back in working order with our car to enjoy the rest of our vacation. Highly recommend!
